Jed Anderson is an environmental
attorney in private practice in Houston, Texas with primary focus on
air quality issues from permitting and policy to compliance and
enforcement. Much of Jed's practice centers on the
petrochemical, maritime and transportation industry. Jed has
counseled clients in obtaining environmental authorization for large
projects including billion dollar marine projects in Houston and New
York. Jed has also represented national trade associations and
state trade associations on air quality policy matters in Washington
and Austin. Prior to entering the practice of law, Jed worked
with the South Dakota Department of Environmental and Natural
Resources as a tribal relations liaison and ground water scientist. |

Sanjay Sampath has a combined experience of over 9 years of which 5+
years of experience are in the Air Quality field working and
managing projects such as Title V permits, NSR permits, Emissions
Inventories, greenhouse gas estimations and HON and NSPS reports.
He is currently a part of the Sage Office at Clearlake. He is also
well versed with different aspects of project management, portfolio
management, event management and health and safety management. He
holds a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Petrochemical Engineering
from the University of Pune, India, a Master's in Environmental
Engineering from Texas A&M University - Kingsville, and a Masters in
Business Administration from the University of Houston. In
addition, he is also certified in financial services management, a
program that involved co-managing a $5 Million hedge fund for a 18
month period. He has been a member of the international association
and the Gulf Coast Chapter for over 4 years. He is also a past
president of the student chapter of the AWMA at the Texas A&M
University - Kingsville campus. |

Chris Colville is a local
practitioner in ENVIRON International Corporation's Air Quality
Management Practice, where he engages in air quality planning,
litigation support, and air quality compliance and permitting
projects. Mr. Colville earned a Bachelor's degree in
Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Masters
degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Duke University.
He has been a member of the Air & Waste Management Association since

Lindsay Wetzel is part

air quality team. She has experience
on a variety of air quality issues for industrial clients in the
Gulf Coast region, including onsite support, Title V permitting, new
source review, and dispersion modeling. Ms. Wetzel has a
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Science from Trinity University in
San Antonio, Texas and is a registered Engineer in Training.
She has been an active participant in AWMA Gulf Coast Chapter
meetings and events over the past several years since moving to
Houston. |

Chris Parmeter is a Technical Sales Representative with PSC
Environmental Services, one of the nation’s largest hazardous waste
management and remediation services companies. Chris has over 17
years experience in the environmental services industry throughout
the US, with sales and project management roles in asbestos and lead
paint abatement, site remediation, emergency response, analytical
services and environmental consulting. He received his Bachelor of
Business Administration degrees in Management and International
Business from the University of Texas. He joined the Gulf Coast
Chapter of the AWMA in 2006. |

Lindsay Little is an environmental specialist in the air quality group
at NRG Texas Power LLC. She has experience on a variety of air
quality issues, including Title V permitting, new source review, and
dispersion modeling. Ms. Little has a Bachelors Degree in
Engineering Science from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas
and is a registered Engineer in Training. She has been an active
participant in AWMA Gulf Coast Chapter meetings and events over the
past several years since moving to Houston, including serving as the
2007 Secretary. |

Brad Herrin co-founded Spirit
Environmental in August 2005. He has over 15 years of
experience in assisting industry with environmental issues,
particularly in the area of air quality. His areas of
expertise are permitting, compliance, due diligence/audits, and
litigation support for chemical, petrochemical and refining
companies. Brad has a B.S. in civil engineering and a masters
degree in environmental engineering. He is an active member of
AWMA and is a member of the Tau Beta Pi, National Engineering
Fraternity. |

Richard Steinberg currently serves as a Remediation Project Manager
for Kinder Morgan Liquids Terminals. He has served in the
environmental field over his 14 year career as a field scientist in
the South Pacific, a consultant for regulatory compliance and
remediation projects in the US and Latin America, as well as
internal technical support for an environmental law firm. He holds
a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Science from Stephen
F. Austin State University. Richard was a former board member for
the Texas Hazardous Waste Management Society. He currently supports
several philanthropic organizations and activities in the Houston
area including: being a committeeman for the Houston Livestock Show
and Rodeo, which generates millions of dollars for scholarships in
Texas; providing support to a local Habitat for Humanity group; and
actively participates in fund raising events for the National
Multiple Sclerosis Society, Ronald McDonald House, and Caring for
Children Foundation of Texas. |

organizations since 1984, and currently is the co-owner of GRI
Energy Resources, Inc. He is currently responsible for the
business development for GRI Energy Resources covering environmental
consultancy services and oilfield supplies. Mr. Nwoko holds a
degree in Chemistry from the University of Calabar - Nigeria and a
Masters degree in Environmental Pollution Control University of
Leeds - England. In the past he has served on the Board of the
South Central Louisiana Solid Waste District and as National
Publicity Secretary for Nigerian Environmental Society. He is
a member of the American Chemical Society. |

and Haas Texas since 1982, working in various analytical, quality
control and remediation positions. She is currently
responsible for managing remediation activities and RCRA compliance
at the Houston Plant. Ms. Embody holds a degree in Biology
from the University of Houston. In the past she has served on
the Board of the Texas Hazardous Waste Management Society, including
six years as Treasurer. She has served five terms as Treasurer
and two terms as Secretary of the Gulf Coast Chapter. |
